There are no refunds. If there is a problem with the order you receive, I will replace or fix the order at my discretion. You will receive a gift card with store credit if a solution can't be found.

Shipping Policy

For custom orders, it will take up to 7 days to ship your order. For pre-made items, the item will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
